Our Services
TAV Construction provides interior remodeling and finishing services including tile installation, flooring (hardwood install, repair, refinishing, LVP, and laminate), drywall repair and finishing, and full bathroom and kitchen remodels across Oxford, Lafayette County, and the surrounding North Mississippi area. TAV Construction also leads full-scope residential renovation projects, coordinating licensed sub-trades for framing, roofing, and stucco when those scopes are part of the work. Our services are subject to availability and may vary by location.
Appointments and Scheduling
- Scheduling: Appointments can be made by phone, email, or through our website contact form.
- Confirmation: All appointments are subject to confirmation. We will contact you to confirm your appointment details.
- Cancellation: We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- No-shows: Repeated no-shows may result in requiring a deposit for future appointments.
Pricing and Payment
- Quotes: Price quotes are estimates based on information provided and are subject to change after an on-site assessment or once project scope is finalized.
- Deposits & Progress Payments: Projects may require a deposit to schedule, with progress payments tied to agreed milestones.
- Payment: Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Methods: We accept cash, check, credit cards, and debit cards.
- Taxes: All prices are subject to applicable sales tax.
Service Warranty
Our services come with the following warranty terms:
- Warranty coverage varies by service and product type
- Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship
- Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or improper care
- Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase
- Specific warranty terms will be provided at the time of service
Customer Responsibilities

- Disclose any existing damage, structural issues, or conditions (moisture, pests, hidden utilities, etc.) that may affect our services
- Provide reasonable access to the work area during scheduled service hours
- Follow care and cure-time instructions provided after installation or finishing

Liability Limitations
- Pre-existing conditions: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects behind finished surfaces, substandard substrate work, or prior installation issues we did not perform.
- Material variation: Natural materials (tile, stone, wood) may exhibit variation in color, grain, and pattern; minor variation is inherent and not a defect.
- Indirect damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Maximum liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
On-Site Work & Property Access
While we are working on your property:
- We will take reasonable care to protect surrounding finishes, fixtures, and belongings in the work area
- We recommend removing valuables and fragile items from the work area before our crew arrives
- We are not responsible for items left in the immediate work area
- Final cleanup is included; deep cleaning of the broader home is not part of scope unless specifically agreed
